Digital Dictation
As well as transforming the care we provide to patients and service users, we are also using technology to enhance the way our staff and teams work. One example is our new digital dictation software which is making a real difference to how our community staff work, saving them time in the office allowing them more time support patients.
Digital Dictation allows staff to verbally input a patients’ note into a system without having to manually input it, saving loads of time and improving the quality of our record keeping. Check out our video explaining more:
