Youth Board

Our Youth Board provide a voice for young people to ensure the services we provide are effective and accessible.

We involve members of our Youth Board in both the continuing developments of existing services and when we’re designing new ones.

Youth Board members are also invited to sit on recruitment panels and ensure the wider views of young people are represented throughout everything we do. It provides an invaluable forum for the Trust, while also supporting young people to gain experience and boost their confidence.

Youth Consulter and Youth Ambassador roles are available within Youth Board, both of which are important in providing feedback and offering the different and unique perspective of young people. Youth Consulters attend monthly meetings and have a greater involvement in helping to co-produce services. Youth Ambassadors provide virtual feedback.
