Publication Scheme

Our Guide to Information (FOI Publication Scheme) is published in accordance with Section 19 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Information Commissioner’s Office Model Publication Scheme. It aims to give the public access to information routinely published by us. It will contribute to our culture of openness and accountability and facilitate better public understanding of how we operate. Our Publication Scheme is divided into seven sections:

Organisations with which the Trust works in partnership

This Trust is committed to working in partnership with a number of NHS and non-NHS organisations, to ensure local delivery of services and their development in accordance with national guidance and local needs. These partner organisations include local authorities, educational establishments, police, probation, the private sector and not-for-profit and community groups. The Annual Communications and Engagement Report to Trust Board can be found in Trust Board Papers

Staff and Board members' allowances and expenses - Staff allowances and expenses are in line with national Agenda for Change agreements. Board members' allowances and expenses are reported in the Accounts

Staff Pay and Grading Structures - This is set out nationally from NHS Employers

Clinical Governance and Quality Accounts

Our Performance against targets (KPI) / performance framework / performance management information are reported to each Trust Board and can be found in Trust Board Papers

Audit reports -  Trust Audit Committee reports to Trust Board 5 times each year and can be found in Trust Board Papers.

Service User Surveys and the Friends and Family test.

PLACE Reports - To ensure local community and mental health hospitals offer the best possible surrounds to aid the recovery of patients, they are inspected by patient-led teams (Patient-led assessments of the care environment). The 2018 PLACE results have been published on the NHS Digital website.
